DIN ISO 13203:2011-02

This International Standard establishes a list of equivalent terms, in English, French and German, related to the main mechanical chains, classified in accordance with their design and/or use, as well as their principal components, fittings and sprockets. It does not define terms. It is applicable to the patterns of chains and components defined in the ISO standards referenced, as well as to many patterns of non-standardized chain that are used in special applications. As far as possible, the chains, sprockets and accessories are illustrated by an example. In addition to terms used in English and French, two of the three official ISO languages, this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in German.
