DIN SPEC 1041:2010-05

The DIN SPEC (PAS) states requirements for the Outsourcing of Knowledge-Intensive Business Services (KIBS), which are a key issue for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to focus their knowledge and resources on the core value processes. Furthermore SMEs can participate on a national and international growing market if they offer Outsourcing services on a high service level. The standardization of outsourcing processes seems to be of high relevance for Germany to activate the economic value chain to improve the competitiveness. Especially Technology driven Knowledge-Intensive Business Services (T-KIBS) play therefore a central role.
