DIN SPEC 5010:2018-05

This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure was developed within a workshop set up on a temporary basis. The DIN SPEC was developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword.This DIN SPEC specifies a method for estimating the transfer of mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) and mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) from food contact materials manufactured with portions of recycled pulp. The method is suitable for examining the extent of migration from paper and board equipped with a barrier or other measures.
