The DIN SPEC 77003 towards Information, Advice and Placement of Personal and Household Services defines standards of information, advice and placement, which are applicable overall suppliers. The core aim is to enhance transparency, to set quality standards and to give customers the opportunity to choose and act in an autonomous way. The DIN-Specification shall contribute to increase the acceptance of personal and household services and to foster their market evolution. This DIN-Specification determines requirements of processes and procedures regarding information about, advice on and placement of personal and household services. Furthermore the DIN SPEC 77003 defines consistent terminologies and transparent reference processes and procedure models including recommendations for action.
