DIN SPECs in accordance with the PAS procedure are developed within workshops set up on a temporary basis. This DIN SPEC will be developed and approved by the authors named in the business plan. This DIN SPEC provides a complete examination of industrial service management. It takes into account operational aspects of strategic, tactical and operational management and in particular enables SME to increase their performance in terms of effectiveness (increasing customer benefit) and efficiency (reducing waste).
