DIN SPEC 77229-1:2016-10

This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure was developed within a workshop set up on a temporary basis. The DIN SPEC was developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC sets a standard for performance categories and their performance content in pipeline construction for industrial process plants. The aforementioned categories and their performance contents are used as the basis for the description and evaluation of positions in standard service catalogs. The pipeline construction encompasses performance categories for pipe prefabrication, pipe assembly and disassembly and holder production and assembly in industrial installations in the field and at industrial sites. The performance contents defined in this DIN SPEC are not in accordance with the public construction contract procedures (VOB) and do not provide formulation aid for services of general, water and traffic construction, which are covered by the STLB-Bau and the STLB-BauZ.
