DIN SPEC 91351:2017-04

This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure was developed within a workshop set up on a temporary basis. The document was developed and approved by authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC defines requirements for stability testing of photovoltaic wafers by the uniaxial bending method. The requirements relate to the test setup, the procedure and the evaluation of the test results.
