"This Code applies to the facilities, technology and inspection for manufacturing of the electric insulation joints (hereinafter referred to as 'insulation joints') which belong to piping joints in conformity to the Enforcement Regulation of the Safety Control and Business Regulation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act (hereinafter referred to as 'Enforcement Regulation'), Table 3, No. 8 and Table 7, No.4, h, and are used to prevent the insulation effect from being cancelled out in contact with rainwater or other foreign materials so that the effect of the cathodic protection of pipelines supplying city gas or liquefied petroleum gas can be maintained. "
