Summary
The in-service inspection and maintenance rules for mechanical equipments of PWR in this document describe the current practice in the French nuclear industry, plus the requirements of the regulations, and are primarily concerned with equipments covered by safety classification.
This Code defines the minimum rules that apply to:
- the Pre-Service Inspection (PSI (VCI)),
- the In-Service Inspection (ISI) of equipments in service,
- the maintenance operations performed on equipments in service.
