Sensory analysis - Descriptive analysis with following quality evaluation

Summary

This document specifies a method for the rating of test samples. The method is intended to measure the intensities of testing criteria (attributes) which were defined before and their conversion into a rating (quality statement). Amongst others this method can be used for the assessment of the influence of different raw materials, processing, handling, packaging and storage conditions on the product quality. Furthermore this method is applicable for the assessment and verification of the shelf life of foodstuffs. The rating of the test samples can be performed also in the frame of consumer tests.
