Summary
The standard applies for the securing of the cover or grating within the frame for manhole tops and gully tops with a clear opening up to and including 1000 mm which are exposed to traffic loads or similar loads and specifies the value for the mass per unit area for the securing of covers within the frame according to DIN EN 124-1:2015, 6.6 b) to meet the level of safety required in Germany.
