Summary

In the design and practice of digital cinema-projection is the clear definition of image formats except for the DCI formats defined by 1: 1.85 and 1: 2.39 nonexistent. For verifying the geometrical projection-quality of image there is also no basis to check a format compliant image-projection. This standard transferred the image formats known in analog cinema in digital image reproduction.
