This standard deals with sports halls and rooms for physical education in schools, for competitive sport, club sport, popular sports, recreational sport and sports for disabled persons in which the sports listed in Table B.1 can be played. It does not cover the design of sports halls for ice sports, athletics, cycling, riding, tennis and other sports halls for specialised sport.
