This standard defines minimum requirements for the request and provision of cash and value services which include: the preparatory work; the contractual arrangement; transfer equipment, transportation routes and cash machine locations; and the processes for cross-cutting activities, transport of cash and valuables, processing cash and valuables, cash machine services, cash machine services - intervention. The requirements apply to both the client and the contractor.
