This standard defines minimum requirements for the request and provision of cash and value services which include: the preparatory work; the contractual arrangement; transfer equipment, transportation routes and cash machine locations; and the processes for cross-cutting activities, transport of cash and valuables, processing cash and valuables, cash machine services, cash machine services - intervention. This standard applies to clients and purchasers as well as to audits of cash and valuables services. 6.3.5 applies to objects in operation from 01.07.2028 at the latest, provided that the object fulfils the legal requirements, no major alterations are carried out and are operated continuously within the meaning of this standard. The notes and examples given in this standard are only additional information and not requirements. They serve to facilitate understanding and applicability.
