Summary

This European standard is applicable to semi automatic turntable ladders comprising chassis, bodywork and a powered lifting device with or without rescue cage and classified into class 18, 24, 30 or greater than 30 to 56. Semi-automatic turntable ladders are principally used for rescuing people, for the execution of technical auxiliary works and for fire-fighting.

Notes

DIN EN 14044 (2009-08) remains valid alongside this standard until 2014-07-31.
