Summary

DIN ISO 3972 specifies a set of objective tests of investigating sensitivity of taste of sensory assessors. For the execution of the tests special stock solutions and test solutions corresponding to the reference substances of the different tastes are necessary of which the specification and production is given in DIN ISO 3972. The present supplement covers instructions for practical preparation of stock solutions and test solutions.
